Why I Chose These 5 Strengths
These strengths represent how I approach my education, work with
other people, and prepare for my future.
01
Achiever
I chose Achiever because I feel most satisfied when I make steady
progress and finish something I worked hard on. As a senior
completing dual degrees in ITM and Computer Science, I often have
several assignments and responsibilities at the same time. I keep
going even when the workload feels heavy because completing each
goal motivates me to move toward the next one.
02
Belief
Belief fits me because my decisions are guided by the values that
matter to me, especially education, family, responsibility, and
doing honest work. I do not want to complete a task only for a
grade; I want it to have a useful purpose. These values also help
me stay committed when a course or personal goal becomes
difficult.
03
Communication
I chose Communication because sharing ideas is important in my
classes, group projects, and relationships. I try to ask clear
questions when I am confused and explain my ideas so other people
understand what I mean. I am still improving my confidence when
speaking and presenting, but I value good conversations and know
that communication will be important in my technology career.
04
Developer
Developer represents the way I notice progress in myself and in
other people. I enjoy helping classmates or teammates when I know
how to solve a problem, and I appreciate seeing someone become
more confident after learning something new. This strength also
reminds me that improvement takes patience and that small steps
can become meaningful growth over time.
05
Focus
I chose Focus because I work better when I have a clear result to
reach. I organize my attention around important deadlines,
graduation, and my plan to continue with a master's degree. When I
become distracted or have too many things to do, remembering my
main goal helps me decide what deserves my time first.

The Strength I Want to Develop
Communication is the strength I most want to develop further. I
want to become more confident speaking English, presenting without
depending completely on a script, and explaining technical ideas
in a simple way. I can improve by volunteering to speak more often
in class, practicing before presentations, and listening carefully
to feedback from other people.
